It costs £25,000 to train a hearing dog and they are in huge demand. Our dog was a Hearing Dog that didn't make the grade. I have written a couple of children's books about her to raise money for hearing dogs (Amazon 'A Small Dog Story'). For the 2.6 challenge I'm learning the British Sign Language alphabet and a few phrases. I'll post a short video on Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter @MikeMossAuthor on 4th May to prove I've done it.
