Story

Hello!!

Well, those that know me, know that I said I would never run a marathon....and I still won't! The most I have ever done in one go is 5k (about 3 miles) so this is kind of a big deal, as Ron Burgundy claimed.

In 2.6 days, starting on the 26th April 2.06pm I will attempt to cover 26 miles. This will be tough because of the limits of not only my body, but also the limited time that we are allowed outside each day - I may even have to run for some of it....(okay a light jog?!)

So I have 62.4 hours to complete something that I really feel is impossible (for me - fairly normal for most others!). Please help to support our incredible hospice to ensure we can continue to support families in the most difficult of times, long after this COVID business has disappeared.

Thank you <3

Doing this in honour of my incredible, tireless, stoic and compassionate colleagues - thank you to you too!
