The 30-30 Challenge is about staying active and in touch with one another, even whilst in isolation! I pledged at least 30 minutes physical activity every day everyday in April. This can include walking, running, workouts (sit ups included), and you may even see my on a bike for the first time in years.
Watch out for new routes and activities when I update my Strava and laugh at the off red-faced selfies...
As we enter the last week of April, I am keen to continue my pledge - The 2.6 Challenge (twopointsixchallenge.co.uk) presents the perfect opportunity. So, during the week proceeding 26 April I will run a total of 26.2 miles. That's a marathon to take me into May!
