It's because of charities and organisations like Mind, that I am here and able to take on this challenge.

I suffered with PTSD for most of my life, along with the anxiety, depression and OCD that sometimes accompanies it. Mind were the catalyst that begun my recovery, and they are the first line of that journey for many others. 

It's important to support charities like Mind, because of the awareness that they raise. It's because of the stigma surrounding mental health that many do not reach out and receive the help they need. 

I'm here to help raise that awareness, because I hope that we can live in a world that doesn't stigmatise mental illness, or therapy, or the medications that are needed for recovery.
