My Mum was diagnosed with stage 4 Non Hodgkins Lymphoma late last year for the second time. She's currently recovering from 6 months of chemo ( We all have everything crossed its worked) Lymphoma Action has been a huge support offering advice and support to anyone affected by Lymphoma from the latest research to emotional support.

I'll be pounding trails, fields and pavements to cover 100 miles in May. I usually run 100km a month so I'm stepping it up to cover the extra miles! If anyone wants to keep track I'm on Strava as Helen Poll
