We {my}dentist have decided to support this very worthy charity by helping to raise as much money as possible by hosting different events over the year, jumping out of planes, running with #TeamTheo and so much more.

Sheffield Children's Hospital Emergency Department is a major trauma centre, helping up to 200 children per day from South Yorkshire, Derbyshire and Lincolnshire dealing with every possible problem imaginable. As the population grows, so does the demand on the Emergency Department.

Originally built to see a maximum of 32,000 patients per year it now see 60,000 patients. Whilst treatment is amongst the best in the UK, the facilities are in urgent need of expanding.

Your donations will help families who attend the department too not just receive the best care but also to have the best possible experience.

The redevelopment of the Emergency Department would expand the waiting area to four times is current size, with more treatment, consultancy and examination rooms, creating space to play and privacy for treatment so that children receive care in the most appropriate setting.
