My close friends Jess Earl, Thomas Jackson and I will be cycling from Brixton to Brighton on Thursday 25th of August. We want to raise money to give back to MNDA as without them, both myself and my family would be lost. My Dad was diagnosed with MND almost 6 years ago. MNDA have allowed my Dad to keep going both physically and mentally. Without their fantastic support, we would have seriously struggled to care for my dad, and keep him comfortable at home with us. 

The support my whole family receives from this fantastic charity is second to none and we'd like to give back to a charity that makes a life destroying illness a whole lot easier to handle.
