Story

Every year I try take on one personal challenge. This year I will be running the Brighton Marathon on the 9th of April, this will be my biggest physical/sporting challenge to date.

In the last couple of months, I have become very aware of a young lady that faces a bigger challenge on a daily basis than most of us. Izzie Stevens is a 14 year old with Cerebral Palsy, who has just undergone major surgery and is going to require intensive physiotherapy following the surgery. She is also in need of a new set of wheels to help her get around more independently. The physio is going to cost her parents £3600 for a 2 week course, of which she needs two sets, and a new wheelchair is going to set them back £4000.

I have always believed that charity begins at home, and Izzie is part of my community, and I also know her personally, and this is why I am appealing to all of you to help me raise a bit of money to help!
