Hi and Thank You for visiting our page! We’ve signed up to take part in My Poppy Run 2020 and as a parliamentary and constituency office team will be completing 10km on 07/11/2020. Sadly remembrance will be very different this year due to the pandemic with the RBL unable to raise the funds they would ordinarily to continue their important work. It has never been more important to support this amazing charity, especially as a proud garrison town. We’ll be joining a virtual community of fellow runners across the UK and completing our own 10km run. By taking part in this challenge we’ll be raising funds to support the Royal British Legion. Their Poppy Appeal was founded to help those in need following a national crisis. Right now they are helping those who are isolated from family, facing homelessness, struggling to feed their children and are in financial crisis. They are working tirelessly to ensure that those who have served are being looked after no matter what challenges they, and the country faces. Your donation will mean they can continue to provide the life-changing support that our Armed Forces community needs and deserves. Thank You.
