2 months ago I contracted Viral (Mumps) Meningitis and after a week in hospital Meningitis Now has been an invaluable support on my slow road to recovery.

Stroud 5 Valleys Walk is a 29 mile route in total. It runs through stunning Cotswold Countryside. You can do as much or as little of the route as you feel able.
