On 20th June for World Refugee Day I am doing a HIIT workout session to raise money for Middle East Media's Life in the Desert project!

I will be doing a HIIT workout totalling 113 push-ups, sit-ups, star jumps and skipping rope, not to mention 113 seconds of planking between sets! You can also join in if you'd like because I'll be live-streaming the workout @ 10AM on June 20th on my instagram story @thenoamster

Life in the Desert is a 3D animation series that MEM have put together with the help of a child psychologist to support traumatised children living in refugee camps and vulnerable communities across the Middle East and North Africa.

The series is accompanied by a curriculum with guiding questions, exercises, and homework for the children and over the next 12 months they plan to train a further 113 teachers and NGO workers in Syria, Iraq, Sudan and hopefully Jordan.

On June 20th, World Refugee Day, I will be championing these 113 teachers and NGO workers by helping raise the necessary £35,000 - will you help me reach my target of £500 for these vulnerable children to receive the support they need?
