I will be taking part in the TrekHER50 challenge in October 2022 to raise funds for Refuge.

In October 2022, 25 trekHERs will set off through the Himalayas to raise funds and awareness for Refuge - the UK's leading provider of specialist services of domestic, sexual and gender-based abuse.

Between us we are aiming to raise a whopping £50,000, so all support is greatly appreciated.

Refuge is the UKs largest single provider of specialist domestic abuse services. Refuge believes that no-one should have to live in fear of domestic abuse. On any given day Refuge supports more than 7,000 clients, helping them rebuild their lives and overcome many different forms of abuse. Any donation you give will be hugely appreciated.
