Greetings...

I'm doing my first ever 10K run on 10th July and am running on behalf of the charity Headway who support people with an acquired brain injury.

10K is a fair distance for me so will require some solid training to get me up to scratch. I promise to try and break myself and get a good time (for my standards anyway).
