I will be running the Bupa London 10,000 run on the 25th May 2014, I have never had the balls to do a run.  It was not until mid September last year when my uncle got diagnosed with leukemia cancer when it made me realize the difficulty of the cancer.

You don’t actually realize the severity of the issue until it happens to a close relative and it was then when I made the decision to give something back to cancer research to help defeat leukemia.

So I will be training, running and for all you that know me I will be dancing away getting fit and ready to run the Bupa 10,000. Will I feint or pass out during the run ? I hope not ? I do hope to raise enough money and successfully finish the race.
