I'm taking part in the Leeds 10k 'Run For All' event on Sunday 19th June in aid of the Alzheimer's Society and am aiming high with a target of raising £300 for this fantastic cause.

Alzheimer's disease affects around 465,000 in the UK and is a very sad and unfortunately degenerative condition. The society however have a great mission to help not only those affected by the disease but also their carers who are there for their family member/friend right until the end. I am passionate about this charity as it has personally affected my own family and hope that you will support me in my challenge to run the whole 10k.
