Head to Toe is the charity for Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust (CPFT). We help our amazing NHS staff to provide even better care and treatment by enhancing the services that CPFT provides, supporting people of all ages receiving mental health, community and social care across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.

Marianne, Amy, Beth, Debbie, Nafessa, Lucy, Tracey, and Nikki all work within the Community Learning Disability team based in Fenland. As Nurse's, OT, Administrator and Social workers we strive to improve the wellbeing of our patients and we are taking this on as a team, with our colleagues supporting us with cakes and chocolate on the side lines :)
