On Saturday I will be attempting the gruelling 24km trek more commonly known as the Fan Dance it is part of the Fitness and Navigation phase of the selection process for the UK’s special forces! So I’m not expecting it to be a ‘walk in the park’!!!

Please help me raise as much money for this special cause  It’s to help young people that are struggling and have found themselves homeless to find safety and security
