We’re the UK’s leading bowel cancer charity. We’re determined to save lives and improve the quality of life of everyone affected by bowel cancer. Our vision is a future where nobody dies of the disease.

Story

I'm taking part in the Prudential Ride 100 this year to raise money for Bowel Cancer UK. It's a cause which is extremely close to my heart, as many of you know I've been having ongoing treatment for  bowel cancer and the work this charity does is helping to keep me, and others alive so I just want to raise as much as I possibly can for them. So if you can spare anything at all I'd be so grateful.

As ever I'll be teaching all my classes right up to the night before, and with only Sunday afternoons off my chances to train are going to be severely limited (in fact they'll be zero - I'll just hop on my bike on the day, pedal and hope for the best!). So my goal is simply to finish the ride in one piece! :)

Bowel Cancer UK is the UK’s leading bowel cancer research charity. They work to save lives and improve the quality of life for all those affected by bowel cancer. Bowel cancer is the second biggest cancer killer in the UK but it shouldn’t be. Bowel cancer is treatable and curable especially if diagnosed early. They support research, particularly, studies seeking to understanding bowel cancer in younger people
