Ashmore 3x3 Challenge · 13 September 2019 ·

This year Ashmore's Challengers have split into three teams to simultaneously take on three 'triathalons' in three locations - the Catskill Mountains, Siem Reap and the SAS Breacon Beacons training.

Story

For last few years I had been relaxed supporter of Ashmore Challenge but I changed my mind. This is my tenth year at Ashmore and Japan entered new era of "Reiwa" I have started sea kayaking since I joined Ashmore 9.5 years ago and I love to show my best performance in front of my colleagues at the end of challenge, but, but, but, I need energy for paddling and generous support. I think most of you haven't been to Siam Reap before and I can tell fabulous story what I see and feel during my challenge in return.

This year Ashmore's Challengers have split into three teams to simultaneously take on three 'triathlons' in three locations* Team Americas will take on the Catskill Mountains* Team Asia will conquer Siem Reap * Team Europe will complete the SAS Breacon Beacons trainingOn the weekend of the 13 September, each team will travel to their respective challenge locations. At sunrise, each team will start the Challenge with the first discipline, either cycling, trekking or kayaking, depending on the location and terrain. They will then complete the two disciplines in succession, racing against time to finish before sundown. All in all the the teams will cover over 160kms in one day. Please support the teams to help them reach their mammoth fundraising target of £30,000. Every pound raised by our Challengers will be matched by Ashmore Group plc.All the proceeds will be donated to charities supported by The Ashmore Foundation.
