As many of you know 18 months ago I was diagnosed with the onset of Multiple Sclerosis. My first attack occurred right in the middle of my spinal cord and I became disabled within 36 hours. I still have a significant amount of sensory loss  and feel like I am wrapped in tight bandages from the waist down .The MS hug round my waist in NOT a nice hug....:/ .Some days are much worse than others but I have been given the all clear to run (shuffle) ! Thought I should put it to good use :)..My first ever charity or group run! X
