Running 10k is going to be tough, but so is being a displaced person seeking asylum here in Bristol. Loneliness, isolation, poor mental health, poverty, post traumatic stress, finding your way in a new city with little English... The list goes on.

By sponsoring me, you too can help Aid Box Community to provide opportunities to bring people together for friendship, welcome and community and give them a choice of quality, donated items of clothing, shoes and toiletries from ABCs Free Shop. £5 will enable someone to reach us by bus!
