I am running 10k on September the 7th in memory of a wonderful friend Lanfranco. 

Lanfranco Gaglione was a legend for countless reasons, but perhaps what made him truly stand out was the way he managed to touch the lives of so many with his vitality and infectious enthusiasm. He displayed an unwavering air of positivity, made time for anyone and everyone that he met and always put others’ needs before his own.

The campaign against living miserably (CALM) was set up to reduce the high suicide rate amongst men under 49, currently the single biggest killer of young men in the UK. Although their focus is still on young men, CALM is a campaign and charity targeting men of all ages with a helpline, magazine and online community.

All donations are greatly appreciated no matter how big (although very large donations are encouraged)
