It’s a hair-raising time: my fabulous friend Naomi Mews is currently on the cancer journey with breast cancer. Macmillan Jersey offer fantastic practical and emotional support for people with all cancers and their families at their Oasis Centre and through the nurses that they fund at the hospital. 

Naomi is incredibly grateful for the amazing team who have been supporting her and we would like to thank them by raising as much as we possibly can to support their ongoing work. 

We’re going for the Big Lock Chop so help us to reach our £1000 target! Penny’s long locks will be sent to the Little Princess Trust which makes wigs for children affected by hair loss.  HEAD SHAVES are on the cards if we can reach our Just Giving Target!

We have been utterly blown-away by everyone’s generosity. To go over our target in under 24 hours is just phenomenal. We cannot thank you all enough. 

And, since the more we raise the more we are supporting wonderful Macmillan, we are now stretching our target to encourage those of you who haven’t sponsored us yet. Naughty I know! But Naomi is doing so amazingly well at keep that wonderful big old smile on her face, let’s keep giving her a reason to smile wide through it all!!!! X

Stupendous!!!! So we’ve increasing it again - cannot believe in just two days we're moving our target a second time. If we reach £5,000 I don’t think I’ll feel the winter chill on my baldy scalp at all!!!!!! Cannot thank you all enough for your incredible generosity.
