I'm running the ASICS London 10K not because I really love running but because I love and want to support the work of Total Insight Theatre.

Total Insight is not just any charity! It helps children and young people by tackling important social issues, like mental health, knife crime and  bereavement, through theatre and film. Since its creation, Total Insight engaged over 15,000 children and young people, led more than 1,300 regular and one-off workshops, and delivered 134 performances at schools, libraries, youth centres and pupil referral units across the UK. 

As a young person said: "During the workshop we had to look back on our time in isolation and it really helped me process everything that happened. A massive anxiety was taken off my shoulders and I also came to the realisation that I should embrace change rather than fear it. It really helped my mental health and I loved being around people who felt the same to me, it made me feel so less alone in these scary times.”

Supporting Total Insight means more of our children and young people have access to relief and coping mechanisms, and can find their voice, often for the first time, through the arts. Please donate if you can!
