Hi Everyone! Thank You so much for visiting and donating money to a great cause. We all care about matters of our heart and if there is a way to stop a heartache BHF will do whatever it takes to stop it. They also deal with deep vain thrombosis which affected my family and stopped my grandad and dad from doing things they love like spending time in the garden or walking up the mountains. 

That's why when I saw an email from my work regarding this challenge and for what an amazing cause I didn't even think and just signed up. 

When we break our hearts there is always hope thay someone out there will be able to fix it thanks to British Heart Foundation.
