As you all know I am a Support Worker for Kisharon, a charity providing a number of different services for children and adults with learning disabilities. I work in the day centre where we encourage students to become independent, trying to get them work experience and take part in activities they enjoy within the community. Since I have worked for Kisharon I have had the opportunity to work with some amazing people whose lives face so many obstacles. I feel privileged that I have the chance to play a role in their lives helping them to overcome these challenges.

I am doing a 4 day hike of the Grand Canyon to raise money so that these people can be given more opportunities. This will be a challenge in itself but the end result will be truly worth it. However in order to do this I need to raise a massive £3000!!! So please sponsor me!!! However big or small your donation may be, I am truly grateful.
