Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
My close friend's daughter, Zoe, was diagnosed with a rare lung tumour (PPB) back in January 2009. Due to its aggressive nature she spent three months in intensive care at St Georges Hospital on a ventilator. While in PICU she was started on a course of Chemotherapy to shrink the tumour, which went continued until July 2009.
The family have recently had to go to Great Ormond Street Hospital to have the tumour removed along with Zoe's right lung and much of her diaphragm. In this time she has been an absolute star and a great inspiration to everyone she has met along this difficult journey.
We all love her dearly and now want to raise as much as we can for the charities who have and continue to help her and her family.
On 25th April I will be taking part in the Virgin London Marathon to raise money for CLIC Sargent (Caring for Children with Cancer).
So please dig deep and donate now.
