I have never been much of a runner - so I have decided to challenge myself this year by taking part in the Morrisons 10k Run.

I want to take this opportunity to raise money in memory of a special little boy who touched many people's hearts - Jack. I have chosen to run for ChildFlight - who gave Jack the trip of a lifetime, and does so for many sick and deserving children.
