Mitochondrial Disease is a genetic disorder that you may have never heard of. Yet every day in the UK a child is born who will develop the condition. There is no real treatments or cure, yet it is life limiting. Too many lives have been taken and too many lives affected. Steren Nessa was one of these children. She sadly passed away at just 15 weeks old. Her family are devastated, no parent should have say good bye to their child, but they are determined to make a difference in her memory.
