The AMVzing race will see over 150 people taking part in a race from Land's End to the AMV office in London over 4 days. The event is the sequel to BBDOGO which took place from John O'Groats to London in 2013.

All those taking part will be split into three teams, and will try and pick up points in the different challenges as we travel across the country. Along with a small group of people, I'll be (trying to) roller blade across London this Thursday afternoon.

Every year, one in four of us will experience a mental health problem. And yet, there's still a huge stigma around mental health issues and hundreds of thousands of people in the UK struggle without support. Mind, the leading mental health charity in the UK, believes no one should face mental health problems alone, and pledge not to give up until all sufferers get support and respect.
