I've decided to get moving again, some of you might know that I used to run and loved it. It was my time out, my solace. Recently I've moved less so I'm setting myself some challenges to get moving again hopefully enough to be able to  hit the pavements running.

I've decided to walk/run 100km in January and to do this in aid of City Hospice who provided palliative care for my Dad, his nurse Catriona was an excellent support to my Mum whilst looking after Dad so i would like to give a little back as a thank you and in memory of my Dad who kept fighting until the end and my Mum who looked after Dad at home as his wishes. 

I know January is a tough month but if you could spare anything at all I would be very grateful.  Thank you in advance, love to you all xx
