Ready, Set, SNOW! I'm unleashing my inner elf to support people affected by dementia.

I've decided to run 5k dressed as an elf accompanied by my fabulous sister! We'll be running round the streets jingling all the way and spreading Xmas cheer! Who doesn't love an elf? Its all for a wonderful charity to help support those affected by Dementia 

My fellow colleagues will also be taking part on 4th December 'dress as an elf' day
