Every day, men and women have to leave their career in the Armed Forces as a result of physical or psychological wounds. Your fundraising helps them recover and get on with their lives. So far we've supported more than 25,000 people and won’t stop until every veteran gets the support they deserve.

At the Public Health Wales Specialist Virology Centre, all the staff have worked tirelessly throughout the pandemic and dramatically changed their daily lives, with most members working excessive hours a week to accommodate the needs of the service. 

We followed Captain Tom from the beginning and was amazed by his inspirational efforts with raising a massive amount for the NHS, and was truly deserving of his knighthood. 

Following his sad passing recently, we felt that we should give back by raising what we can for Help fo Heroes as a thankyou. As a team of 50 staff members, we will pledge to either walk, run or cycle 1000miles over a two week period (8th March-21st March) and aim to raise £500.
