Story
Off the record is a free and confidential charity for 11-25 year olds in need of counselling in the local Portsmouth area.
Mental health has really become a big issue. Many young people are able to open up and talk about they’re struggles in life, but sadly there are still so many who find this a challenge. Charities such as off the record are there for young people when they feel ready to talk and offer amazing support.
