Our annual Down Syndrome Awareness Day Fundraiser is going to be a run/walk in honour of our beautiful Jake. We will be hosting ‘Jake Run’ which will be a 3.21mile run/walk to commemorate the date of World Down Syndrome Day (21/03). Anybody that knows Jake will understand this will be a challenge 🤣however, he has agreed (we have promised him a pint once complete).

❤️ Who: All invited, we are going to ensure the event is accessible for all ages and abilities ❤️
