Every year I say I will take on a challenge but seem to bail on the idea when the New Year arrives, so last year just before Christmas (after a few wines) I actually decided to register for something...

So, on Sunday 15th May 2016, I will be taking part in the Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance Coast to Coast cycle from Watchet on the North Somerset coast, to West Bay on the Dorset coast, totalling 52 miles (and crossing very hilly terrain!!). The Air Ambulance is a fabulous charity which has saved many lives since it started in 2000 and requires continuing support with each mission costing on average £2,500, equating to approximately £2 million per year.

I would be most grateful therefore for any donations, however big or small, to support me and more importantly this great and worthy charity.
