200 Miles in February for RSPCA · 1 February 2022

We are a Branch of the RSPCA, but also a separately registered charity. Our Animal Centre takes in, cares for and helps rehabilitate cats & dogs that have been rescued from cruelty & neglect by the national RSPCA; whilst we find them new and forever homes

Story

After I lost my Dad last year I started volunteering at the RSPCA to improve my mental health and take my mind off things. I underestimated the healing taking a dog for a walk has brought and it even led to adopting our own new family member, Rosie.

Myself and Rob have seen first hand the amazing work the RSPCA do in caring for the animals and helping them get re-homed. The shelter is self funded and they need every bit of help they can get, to help not only the animals but people who are looking for a new family member.

Volunteering there has helped every aspect of our lives and we’d love to give something back. Therefore we’ll be walking 200 miles throughout February with our own rescue, Rosie and the dogs currently waiting for their forever homes.

Please give what you can, whether its £1 or £10. Thank you! 🐾
