Trek the Inca Trail · 10 May 2007 to 18 May 2007 ·

NRAS works to support the 450,000 people living with Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) and the 10,000 children and young people living with Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (JIA), their families, friends, carers and the healthcare professionals who treat them.

Story

Naturally we'll look nothing like the photo once we are half way along the Inca Trail. But we will be smiling on the inside with the support that this Trek will give to the National Rheumatoid Arthritis Society.

They do great work for the 400,000 people in the UK who live with rheumatoid arthritis, including many children and young people.

I met some of the young people who have Junior Idiopathic Arthritis (JIA) at an event in December and their bravery is inspiring. While we will have sore feet for a couple of days people with arthritis suffer from pain and stiffness on a daily basis.

Please sponsor us in order to:

A) support the fab work of NRAS

B) give us an excuse not to stop half way up, catch the convenient tourist train to Machu Pichu, stay in a hotel and gorge ourselves on cookies!

Thanks for visiting...
