Whether you're someone who has a healthy beating heart, or someone who has faced a heart condition, everyone knows how important our hearts are.
Isn't it scary to think that, over 600,000 in the UK are carrying a faulty gene that puts them at a high risk of developing coronary heart disease or an inherited heart condition? My grandads had coronary heart disease. My dad has had a mini stroke. And I'm currently on medication for high blood pressure at the age of 23. I count myself lucky.
Another thought, can you believe that, as many as 7 million people in the UK are living with undiagnosed high blood pressure, without knowing they are at risk? Well, it's true.
Help to keep more hearts beating by showing your support.
