As a big birthday approaches I wanted to celebrate the milestone with a personal challenge whilst using the opportunity to raise as much money as I can for a fantastic local charity.

The Woody & Winter Foundation supports very sick babies, children and their families. It was set up by my neighbours after they experienced their own personal tragedy and provides free comfort and activities to families in need.

As a mum of 2 I can’t think of a better cause to support with a once in a lifetime trek along the Great Wall of China. Through your generous support I'm grateful to be able to play my small part in helping the Woody & Winter Foundation put more smiles on more faces of the children and families they support.
