Story

Please support me as l take on 3 half marathons throughout March and April before tackling Edinburgh Marathon on 26th May 2019 and Marathon Du Médoc on 7th September 2019.

One is too many. Yet, every week 84 men in the UK take their own lives and this remains the single biggest killer of men under the age of 45.

I have personally seen the help that CALM can offer to both individuals and grieving families. I wished I could do more then and as a result I'm gritting my teeth and trying to do more now. We need to act as a positive influence to our brothers, fathers, friends, colleagues and to all around them.

I am running to spread awareness and get more men talking. Similar campaigns such as Movember have gained huge traction but more still needs to be done with 3 out of 4 of those affected being male.

Every donation makes a huge difference. Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) services directly saved 647 lives in 2018. Help us save more.
