Thank you for visiting my Race For Life page, please help me beat cancer sooner! 

Some of you may or may not know but last year I was diagnosed with an extremely rare malignant melonoma, basically I had a tumour under the skin of my arm. After two operations, CT scans and a few blood tests I was thankfully given the all clear. 

Facing cancer was the scariest moment of my life but having to face cancer and be told by rare cancer specialist that they don't know much about my cancer is even scarier.This was one of my main motivations for wanting to take part in race for life this year. I want to raise money so for anyone else in my situation, that has to be awkward like me and have rare form of cancer, that they don't have to go through what I have. I want to help raise money so more research can be done and that rare cancers may still be rare but that there is  answers there for people so that you don't have to face the scariest time of your life in the dark and feeling alone.

Now most of you will know I'm a gym junkie and so 5k isn't to hard for me so to make this more of a challenge I will be running in a onesies (animal onesies TBC). So please dig deep and give as much as you can a £1 will go along way and if you're a UK Tax Payer don't forget to select gift aid! 

Together we can and will beat cancer sooner!!
