On Saturday 25th May Natasha will be swimming 1600m continuously (1 mile) which is a personal challenge for me let alone a 9 year old!

She is swimming as part of a larger team whose aim is to swim the equivalent of the English Channel memory of the life of Helen Fricker, (Natasha's coach's mum) who sadly lost her short battle with cancer last year, age 44.
