Rhys Parker was 1 inspiring person who gave much more than he ever received or wanted. He was always full of life and banter, he never forgot a birthday, name or a reason to celebrate. He lived for the moment and certainly took life by the b*lls. If I could have 10% of the determination that Rhys had then this event will be a breeze . I have too many memories of Rhys to write but he has always been there for me and I will always be there to support a charity that was so very close to him. Although Rhys was very ill he never let on and battled through helping others with this terrible disease. He was a proud ambassador for this charity and I'm very proud not only to call Rhys a very close friend but to support this charity for him.

The event consists of a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike ride and a 26.2 mile run and I'm sure he will be with me every stroke, pedal and stride!

I'm not much of a writer I should have spent more time in school instead of bunking off with Parker lol!!!! But wouldn't change a thing!!!
