Story

Gallagher, proud title partner of Premiership Rugby are delighted to be working in partnership with Wooden Spoon this year with their charity cycle, The Road to Twickenham.

In the build-up to the Premiership Rugby Final, a core team of ex-rugby players equipped with the Premiership trophy will cycle from Newcastle to Twickenham, stopping off at several Premiership grounds along the way and covering over 750 miles enroute.

Support Nathan Hines, ex-Scotland international and Business Development Executive at Gallagher who will be riding the full route and raising funds to support vulnerable children and young people, through the power of rugby.

Nathan said “It’s brilliant to see our idea of The Road to Twickenham come to fruition and I’m delighted that Gallagher is using its platform as title partner of Premiership Rugby to shine a light on some of the country’s amazing charity foundations including Wooden Spoon, who do awe-inspiring work with vulnerable children. I’m relishing the challenge of cycling the breadth of the country with my friends and legends of the game to raise money for such a worthwhile cause and can’t wait to feel to support of the public along the way.”
