To raise awareness for the charity COMBAT STRESS.

Combat Stress is the UK’s leading charity for veterans’ mental health at the present time they are struggling with the overwhelming referrals for veterans with mental health illnesses which is why it is important to give them all the help they need. For almost a century, they have helped former service personnel deal with trauma-related mental health problems such as anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)

When a veteran asks Combat Stress for  help, they develop a programme of treatment and support to meet their individual needs. From an hour a week at a peer support group meeting close to home to our six-week residential PTSD treatment programme at one of there specialist centres, together they work out the right support.

They know that invisible injuries can be just as hard to cope with as physical ones. there services help veterans cope with the present, tackle the past and take on the future. Some may find using just one of our services will transform their lives, others may need more to start living again.  Any donations no matter how small or big to this amazing charity would be greatly appreciated.
