A good friend of mine, Neil Pengilley, tragically lost his life over ten years ago. A memorial day is held every year in England which unfortunately I can not attend.

I have therefore decided to dedicate my run in Neils memory. Neils family's chosen charity is the Child Bereavement Charity UK. I am running the Stockholm Half Marathon on the 17th September and I am hoping to raise a little bit of money for this great cause.
