Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I have finally found the courage to open up and talk about my personal journey with mental health, relief practices, tips, advice and personal stories. I want to help others to not feel alone, to be able to talk about what's on their mind and hopefully take away some of the stigma that sufferers face. I am challenging myself on Mental Health Awareness Week to write a post each day, to be as honest and truthful as possible, hopefully sharing the negatives and showing the positives of coming out the other end.
