Hi as you all know I'm mad enough to put myself through 13 and a bit gruelling miles in the Cardiff Half Marathon. I'm running for Ty Hafan which is such a good cause that helps so many children and their families and the pain of 13 miles of running will be nothing compared to everything terminally ill children encounter.

I will be grateful for any donation and it really will help me through the run, especially when it comes to hills!!
