Story

The Staff Development Team are taking part in the Captain Tom 100. I'm sure you were inspired as we were watching Captain Tom walk 100 laps of his garden, raising a phenomenal amount for the NHS during the most difficult time in its history.

We are so excited to be adding to his wonderful legacy, playing our part in supporting our NHS. Please support us as we take on our own version of the Captain Tom challenge. From 30/04 - 04/05, the team will be individually challenging themselves to reach one of the following challenges:

1) 100 squats a day (500 in total!)
2) Climb 100 floors a day (500 in total!)

Whatever you can give, you'll be helping the 12,000 staff and the one million patients they look after each year at Southmead. Thank you.
